A good stay once I got a room with a view. The first room I was offered faced a brick wall 2 yards away, the next faced large air conditioning units, the third one was excellent with rooftop view.

Room was beautiful. Bed and pillows were 5 star. Hotel was under construction, so it was very noisy. Had to schedule maid service multiple times before they would actually do it. Room had no table or chairs so it was difficult to eat in the room.

Newly renovated room so that is a plus. Room was not quite ready for prime time though. TV had no service. The sconce lights behind the bed were not hooked up. The redesigned bathroom was awkward. You either have to squeeze past the toilet to reach the shower knob, or just get in the shower, walk over to the controls and turn it on and wait for the water to get hot. Ice machine did not work on our floor and since every floor is unique, and some are under construction it was an adventure to find ice. The restaurant does not offer breakfast so pack snacks.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean; however, they are in dire need of a remodel. Furniture is dated and the carpet was old and wavy. It would not be good for an elderly person with mobility issues--too much of a trip hazard. Bathrooms seem to have been remodeled, but not the room itself. Bar staff did not know what they were doing

Upon check in the valet and Noah at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was fantastoc and larger than expected. The bathrooms are slightly dated. In the room there is a promotion card under the glass top at the TV to order food/room service from the hotel restaurant. However after an attempt at dinner and then again at breakfast there was no change to the prompt and would only allow you to order drinks. Would recommend that the promotion to order food/room service until the option becomes available again.
