Great walkable location in quiet neighborhood. Alexandra was responsive, provided clear instructions for getting in and answered my questions. A couple of maintenance issues arose, which she addressed promptly. Bed was comfortable, wifi great, and unit had the things I required.
Stayed for the Ukrop 10K. Close to museums and around the corner from some good eats. Despite its proximity to restaurants and bars, it's quite quiet at night. Owner responds quickly to questions. The carport in the back is extremely convenient. Would stay again.
My friend and I had plans to see a show in Richmond that sadly was cancelled at the last minute. Luckily we had this really cool place to stay in. Beautiful, clean home. Perfect location, quiet area. We didn't want to leave!
Great location for walking to taverns, restaurants, coffee shops, museum etc. Felt safe and comfortable walking home in the evenings. Apartment is not brand new so think vintage and minimal, but has what you need to cook, chill, and sleep. We enjoyed having our morning cup on the front steps and watching the neighborhood come to life.
We loved the location. We were 2 new friends who met through internship opportunity. We hit it off and visited the townâs many hot spots and wonderful restaurants. Great location to walk through the city and itâs many destinations. The house was perfect with the kitchen appliances for cooking. Parking was not a problem. We would highly recommend this house.
The owner committed the cardinal sin of not giving me any alternate contact person when she left the area. Since this is an old building---things are bound to fail---that's unforgivable. From a clogged drain to frequent blackouts due to circuit failures, that she knew were problems with this apartment, I think I deserve some refund. One bedroom lacked a bureau and had a saggy mattress with a pilly sheet; the other had a very hard mattress. There weren't enough blankets. The kitchen had inadequate space for food prep and washing up. Walls here and there were peeling. The porch had no outdoor furniture. The living room couch had lumpy cushions. The alley parking area had a concrete block sticking out that could destroy a car bottom. The entry had no place to hang coats and the only reliable way in and out required having a smart phone. The back stairs wouldn't be navigable by many elders nor can a small dog manage them.
Visit to Richmond needing access to north and south sides of city - this was the perfect location to stay! Simple, cozy and clean! Has a very inviting neighborhood with some GREAT EATS just steps from the front door! Host was easy to connect with for any questions we had and communicative with check in and check out processes!! This VRBO provided everything we needed for home away from home getaway including a washer and dryer!!
Super cute place in a great location. Had some issues with the virtual check-in, but the host was always super attentive and responsive. Will definitely be staying here again!
This unit is in a fantastic location near the Museum District, Scottâs Addition, and The Fan. Itâs within walking distance of many popular restaurants and entertainment venues.
This apartment is the entire 2nd floor of a big, old home in the quaint Museum district. Thereâs plenty of room to stretch out and relax, and there are restaurants, a coffee shop, and a 7-11 within easy walking distance.
Alexandra, the host, was friendly and accessible the entire trip and answered any questions we had.
Highly recommend!!
Alexandraâs place is in a great location in the Museum District and walkable to several spots to eat and shop, which was great. She was very communicative and easy to coordinate with. At one point I had trouble figuring out the entry/exit system and was helped right away. And then coming and going was super easy! The apartment had everything we needed for a few days visit and we would definitely stay there again.
