Staff was okay. Elevator wasn't working! My wife had knee replacement surgery a few months ago and it was extremely distressing to be told she and I would have to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs!!! Several lights weren't working in our room and only had one towel for the two of us. When we called to ask if they could bring us a bath towel we were told we would have to come and get it! Another trip up and down the stairs. This was unacceptable for a one night stay at around $180.00. Oh almost forgot the $25.00 fee checking in for the possibility of damaging the room or stealing stuff! Really, you charge us before we even check in. You won't have to worry about us us Wyndham again!!

Super sloppy paint work in the bathroom; handrails, wall paint on the ceiling. Looking out the window, paint all over the driveway, trash all over the grounds and in the retention pond. Peeling wall paper near the third floor elevator HVAC/HVAC cover looked bad near the same area. Eggs were not replenished half hour before close. Curbstones broken. Lobby/foyer looked great and personal was very nice. Have top tier behind the scenes physical plant executives look at this review please. Thank you for your time in advance!

Pretty standard hotel. Strange Twilight Zone vibe here. It was a ghost town with a few people milling around the lobby. The elevator might have been the scariest I've been on. The room was clean, only thing was that the TV was broken. Didn't bother telling anyone because you got the feeling no one would be able to fix it. Anyway, it was a decent price and didn't expect anything great. Would probably stay here again if I was in a pinch.

The staff was amazing. The young lady at the front desk was professional and very nice. My room was clean and smelled good.
The HVAC unit was looking like it needed some attention. Only one elevator worked as well and it had a strong smell of cigarettes the day I arrived which was gross.
