The room was clean, as always. And the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that there's no body wash in the shower. You provide shampoo and conditioner, but no body wash. I didn’t bring any, thinking you provided.

Staff was always nice and helpful when we did need something. Always greeted us as we walked in. I only had eggs and sausage. Need more options for people with allergies. I know you can’t do it all. The food looked like what all hotels serve. Cereal, eggs, breakfast baked items and juice. The room was fine. Heater a little noisy. Not really any complaints. We were there just to visit NY so we were not in the room that much. Would stay again plus was the bus stop is out next to the hotel for the ride to NY

Check in was delayed for almost an hour because there were NO clean rooms. The bathroom smelled like sewer. It was so bad that I had to close the door and put a towel in front of it so that the smell would stop coming into the room. I was planning on staying there again in the next two weeks with my kids for 3 nights but I’ll take my business somewhere else. The older lady at the front desk was a SWEETHEART though. I forgot her name but she was super nice. She was also upset that the rooms were not available even after she reached out to someone several times and no response. Last person she had to reach out to to make her voice be heard was the GM of the hotel. Completely unacceptable!

Great receptionist!! Beautiful lobby, well kept and clean. Housekeeping always available. 1 bus to NYC, great option for a cheaper hotel vs staying in Manhattan, not a lot of restaurants around the area. If you wanna relax and be away from the crowd, it’s a good place to stay.

I had a mixed experience at this Hilton Garden Inn. Upon arrival, the front desk was unattended, which was confusing. When assistance arrived, the staff member smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and was dressed casually, making it difficult to immediately tell whether he worked there. Later that evening, the night attendant—a different staff member—was a woman who was also wearing a hoodie and jeans, again making it hard to distinguish staff from guests. The lack of a clear uniform and consistent front desk presence did not feel aligned with typical Hilton standards. That said, the hotel itself is older, but my room was clean and well maintained. Parking was easy and convenient, which I appreciated. Overall, the stay was acceptable due to cleanliness and ease of parking, but the front desk experience and professionalism could be improved.

We had a good stay overall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. The only downside was that there was no warm water in the mornings, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the kitchen is closed on Sunday and Monday nights — not ideal for a family coming back late and hoping to grab a meal. Aside from those issues, our experience was great.

The front desk was very nice, every day. They were helpful in finding food, transportation, and other things we needed for the stay. Housekeeping was not great. They took out towels, but did not replace it or make the bed. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. The one day they made the bed, they left part of the sheets tucked behind the tv and pillows on the chair. The door key to the room had to be inserted and removed about five times before it would work. Two days, we went without hot water for the shower. It was lukewarm throughout the entire trip and not very good water pressure. The lights in our room flickered on and off and shut off completely for a minute once during our trip. Overall, the staff was GREAT, but the hotel needs to be renovated.
