The worst property I’ve ever stayed in. First room we got had diarrhea on the toilet. Somebody took a bath that wasn’t cleaned. Got moved to a second room where the carpet was soaking wet. We got moved to a third room. The housekeeping showed up the first day, forgot to show up on the second day. The phones don’t work in the rooms so you can’t call anyone we had to walk downstairs and ask for clean towels, conditioner, and toilet paper since housekeeping never showed up. Not to mention that the breakfast that was included apparently was just half included; you have to pay for French toast, pancake, and an omelette. The property is extremely old. The carpets are disgusting, the curtains are disgusting; overall it is nasty. They remodeled the lobby and that’s it.

Felix was wonderful in checking us in and follow up. Room was nice-showers good but not alot of water pressure more like rain which we didn't mind. Within driving distance to alot. Would recommend. Has a nice small pool inside which we didnt have time for but its open till 10pm which is nice. Would stay here again.

Front desk associate was rude. Breakfast wasn’t included in the $200 I paid for one night. Room smelled horrible and the walls are so thin I could hear other peoples conversations. While checking in I politely asked the clerk if any rooms were available on the first floor she told me I was going to be on the second floor and it “wasn’t that high up”. I was only asking about the bottom floor room because I have 2 small children and it’s just easier for us if we stay on the bottom floor. It’s okay that there wasn’t any first floor rooms available I just didn’t like being told repeatedly it “wasn’t that high up” oh and $3 for the bottled water in the room is INSANE. Never staying with Hilton again.
