comfort, authenticity, and thoughtful service. A discreet staff team
works quietly in the background, allowing guests to fully relax into
their stay. This is a place to rest, cook, gather, and savour unhurried
moments the kind that lingers long after you leave.

The villa’s fresh spring-water pool forms the centre of warm summer
days, inviting long afternoons of swimming, sun, and stillness. Outdoor
spaces are designed for lingering lunches and quiet reflection, framed
by wide views across the valley and rows of vines stretching from the
front terrace. Guests can unwind on poolside loungers with soft towels
provided, retreat to the shaded back terrace during the heat of the day
or gather around the fully equipped outdoor braai area for relaxed
evening meals. A lawn dotted with fruit trees adds to the sense of
calm, while covered parking and additional vehicle space ensure easy
arrivals and departures. Every corner outdoors encourages you to slow
down and breathe in the rhythm of the landscape.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for generous, unhurried cooking
whether preparing simple meals from the garden or hosting a long dinner
around the table. It features a Siemens five-plate gas stove, Nespresso
coffee machine with milk frothier, microwave, toaster, kettle, ice
maker, dishwasher, double fridge/freezer, filtered water tap, and a
complete set of utensils and essentials. A separate scullery includes a
washing machine, dryer, and double sink for added convenience. Through
soft arches, the dining room comfortably seats eight and offers a
small, curated wine selection. The space flows seamlessly onto the

main lounge opens completely to the front terrace through concertina
doors, blending indoor comfort with outdoor views. A smart TV and
fireplace provide year-round enjoyment, while a second lounge beside
the apartment kitchenette offers an additional relaxed gathering space.
A smaller dining nook or workspace overlooks the vineyard, ideal for
quiet mornings or remote work. Air-conditioning keeps all social areas
comfortable, and fresh spring water is piped directly from underground.

The villa offers four double bedrooms, each prepared with soft linen,
generous cupboard space, block-out blinds, air-conditioning, and fresh
guest towels for restful nights. The main bedroom is a spacious
en-suite sanctuary with serene vineyard views and a dressing room that
doubles as a work-friendly nook. The bathroom includes a shower, bath,
and double basin, creating a calm and private retreat. Bedrooms two and
three are two comfortable double rooms ideal for families or close
friends travelling together. Bedroom two features an en-suite bathroom
with a shower and a single basin. Bedroom three is served by a guest
bathroom with a bath, shower, and double basin. The fourth bedroom is
an integrated apartment-style suite connected to the main house,
accessible through the kitchen, dining area, and second lounge. It
includes its own lounge, kitchenette, bathroom with single basin and
shower, and a welcoming seating area. This self-contained corner offers
extra space and independence while remaining part of the home’s easy
flow.

A full inverter and battery system ensures uninterrupted connectivity
during outages. Every detail balances practicality with soul, creating
a home that feels both grounded and welcoming. Hospitality at the villa
is gentle and attentive. Daily housekeeping and turn-down service,
optional laundry assistance, grocery or ingredient shopping on request,
and access to fresh herbs and vegetables from the garden are all
offered with a light touch, always present, never intrusive.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
