In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra), ski boot dryer. Linen change weekly. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 270 m, railway station "Ried i.Z. Bahnhaltestelle" 350 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 5 km, bathing lake 6 km.
