Our Oceanfront home is located on the best tranquil all sand swim beach right in the heart of Downtown Rincon, walk to everything, no car needed here.

The space is all newly remodeled GROUND FLOOR, 4 queen beds in 4 bedrooms plus 2 bunk beds, 2 sofa beds for 3 and 2 roll away beds.

2 new full bathrooms (1 is en-suite).

Brand new kitchen and appliances.

(We also offer an upper floor 4 bedroom unit as well on this site or take the entire property if you might need 5/6/7/8 bedroom options).

Our property sits on a very private beach and the waters are calm, great for kids, yet 5 minute drive to the epic surf breaks. We have a large grass covered back yard, get for kids and entertaining. Where the grass ends we have a large ocean front deck which is the perfect spot for sunset drinks and relaxation. The sand begins at the edge of the deck!

You will find yourself at such peace sitting on our beach watching one of Rincon's most popular attributes, the epic daily sunset.

You will also find yourself spotting Manatee's, Whales and Dolphins passing by along with Iguanas, ducks, chickens and parrots roaming the grounds.

The front of the house has a large new seating/bbq area as well.

Our property has been designed with relaxation and tranquility in mind. We use local wood for custom furniture, calming colours and feng shui designs to provide our renters with a relaxing experience with an open airy feel with ocean breezes. We are completely eco friendly meaning we provide detergents and soaps that are harmless to our beautiful planet. We also use powerful but non toxic cleaning liquids for linens and disinfecting.

Our backyard has many tropical fruits and plants you're welcome to enjoy. We have coconut trees, passion fruit, soursop, noni, morenga, lemon grass, oregano, cilantro, corn, eggplants, tomatoes and more!!!

We are located in Downtown Rincon, yet in a wonderful rural setting with large open home lots either side, coming with the sounds of nature, the ocean waves, coqui frogs singing at night and the odd rooster.

We hope to have the opportunity to host you and give you the best vacation the West Coast has to offer!
