Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. The room was not cleaned daily, which made our experience less comfortable. At check-in, the staff forgot to register our facial ID, so when we tried to enter the property at night, it became an unnecessary hassle.
During two or three days of our stay, there was construction work going on our floor of the hotel. We were woken up early by hammering on the walls, and when we called the front desk, the response was that “it’s already 9am,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
The room itself also had maintenance issues: the shower handle was loose and one of the closet doors did not work.
Additionally, the area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe, with many homeless people nearby. This created a sense of insecurity, especially at night.
Overall, the service and facilities did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend this property unless improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.
