Vale muito a pena, excelente localização, ótima estrutura no apartamento e prédio, portaria 24 hr muito cordiais e educados no serviço de portaria, os donos são ótimas pessoas o apartamento tem tudo, e limpo, arejado, tudo funcionando. Recomendo muito.

Deixo registrado meus cumprimentos aos donos do apartamento, que foram de uma presteza e atenção desde o fechamento do aluguel para a temporada do ano novo até o dia que fizemos o check out. O apartamento é muito bem localizado, aparado ao seu redor com uma logística que atende as demandas necessárias como: padarias, mercados, drogarias, bares, pubs, restaurantes, e claro, a proximidade com a praia de Copacabana. No quesito segurança, não há qualquer reclamação, pois o prédio tem seu controle, com portaria 24hs e os arredores não deixam a desejar. Limpeza, estado de conservação dos móveis, bem como toda a estrutura do apartamento, estão em excelentes e perfeitas condições de uso. Aos proprietários, mais uma vez, reitero os cumprimentos e agradecimentos por tamanha educação, suporte e hospitalidade.

Imóvel "honrado", pois cumpre o que promete!

Dimensões grandes para um apartamento de um dormitório, com espaço suficiente a um ótimo conforto. Toda a infra (a exceção de pequenos detalhes sanáveis facilmente) de boa qualidade e funcionando sem decepcionar! Internet ótima e bom (diversidade de canais) pacote de TV a cabo, com proprietários acessíveis e gentis!
