We booked a deluxe room, but the condition of the room was way below our expectations. The shower walls and the glass door are covered with mold—the same as the bathroom sink seal. The walls had a lot of scratches and damage. The room size is much smaller than a room at the Sheraton in Santos, which wasn't deluxe. The carpet in a room is a bad idea for such locations. We had a few red stains on the carpet, that looked like blood. Only when I looked at them very closely could I see that it probably was wine, but still it was very unpleasant to see something like this in a “deluxe” room. The only thing that made this room “deluxe” was the ocean view.
The breakfast was good - a variety of food, drinks, and fruits. The staff who assisted during breakfast time were so helpful and nice.
