A pousada no geral muito boa ! As pessoas que trabalham lĂĄ muito gentil e prestativas ! Mas para pedir Uber Ă© terrĂ­vel ! Como Ă© um local com muita ladeira eles costuma rejeitar as corridas ! Mas o local Ă© bem tranquilo !

O ambiente é encantador. O café da manhã é ótimo. Fomos muito bem recebidos. Só não tem serviço de limpeza dos quartos nem frigobar, mas, não temos nada para reclamar. O lugar é lindo e muito confortåvel.

A equipe foi muito gentil, ambiente familiar, todos muito atenciosos. Mas achei que eram poucos funcionĂĄrios para manter o local. Na reserva do quarto nĂŁo estava claro que o banheiro referente ao meu quarto, seria compartilhado com um outro quarto. Quase escorreguei de um tapetinho logo quando entrei, pois o chĂŁo estava bem encerado mas o tapete nĂŁo tinha antiderrapante.

Pousada muito boa, equipe atenciosa, sempre disposta a ajudar. Quarto enfeitado, mt limpo, confortĂĄvel e roupas de cama absurdamente cheirosas. O espaço da pousada Ă© muito bom, e bem aproveitado, com um mirante de tirar o fĂŽlego ao contemplar o RJ. Vimos o pĂŽr de sol de lĂĄ e foi encantador. Pela noite, aproveitamos o espaço e ficamos contemplando a vista e bebendo um vinho, foi sensacional! Toda a pousada dispĂ”e de varios locais para sentar e relaxar, tudo muito bem pensado. PorĂ©m, trago algumas sugestĂ”es a serem revistas pela administraçao: 1. Ao chegar para o check-in, como sĂł havia uma profissional no local e ela estava na parte superior arrumando o quarto, nao ouviu a campainha. Com isso, nĂłs e mais um casal, ficamos aguardando por uns 15 minutos no portĂŁo, pensando que levamos um golpe rsrs 2. A recepcao Ă© a porta de entrada de vocĂȘs. Ela Ă© a cara da pousada! Quando chegamos, nos assustamos, pois como a recepção esta com um aspecto abandonado (principalmente com aqueles freezers e bar vazios), parece que toda a casa estara dessa forma. O que nao condiz com a verdade. O restante da casa esta bem mais conservado e bonito do que a recepção. 3. Ter pet na casa Ă© maravilhoso! Curtimos e brincamos muito com a Ayka e amamos ela nao querendo desgrudar da gente! Porem, Ă© preciso cuidado redobrado! Ao entorno da piscina estava com vĂĄrias fezes e o cheiro era bem forte em todo o piso, nos deixando desconfortaveis ao ficar no local. Ajustes Mas fora isso, amamos e voltaremos ctz.

Uma das minhas piores experiĂȘncias

Me hospedei apenas para pernoitar para um casamento proximo Ă  pousada e a experiĂȘncia foi horrĂ­vel. Primeiro: nos colocaram no quinto andar de escadas (algo como um anexo na area externa) e vocĂȘ estiver com mala grande: boa sorte! Nao tem elevador e nem ninguĂ©m para ajudar. Pensa ter que atravessar a area externa na chuva e de salto? Quarto absurdamente pequeno, mal conseguia abrir a mala grande. Ao retornar do casamento que foi de dia e em um calor absurdo do Rio de janeiro, o ar condicionado estava sem pilha e revirei a pousada inteira atras de um funcionĂĄrio: absolutamente NINGUEM. Chamei por interfone, campainha, tudo. Tentei o telefone da rede: NADA tb. Adivinha o dia seguinte no domingo pela manhĂŁ? 7h e NINGUÉM pela recepcĂŁo. Nenhum funcionario para fazer checkout ou te ajudar com as malas. Se vocĂȘ estĂĄ indo para algum evento prĂłximo: fuja daĂ­. Maior arrependimento.

Hotel plein de charme - personnel sympathique

Hotel plein de charme. Personel sympathique et accueillant. Seul problÚme : TrÚs compliqué pour nous de payer avec nos CB à l'issu du séjour. Nous avons du aller retirer de l'argent et avons faillis louper notre autocar malgré la marge de sécurité de 45 minutes que nous avions prise.
