1. Check-in was very slow. Staff cannot communicate in proper english. 2. Elevator was full each time it comes down to the 2nd floor. 3. Bathroom is too cramp & small. 4. No free water bottles provided. 5. No free coffee/ tea in the room.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff really connected. Daniel, Mathias and Flora at the front desk really go out of their way to connect with guests and always have a smile on their faces. This was our second stay at the Windsor Excelsior and we are looking forward to coming back next year.

Room was clean. Staff was great. Gym was small but workable. WiFi had no issues at all.

We had a great time there. The staff has some of the kindest people we’ve met. The hotel is very well located on the beach and closed to many restaurants, bars, and pharmacies, grocery stores. The building is a little bit on the older side but very clean. The only thing I would say wasn’t the best is the isolation in the rooms. It wasn’t uncommon for us to get waken in the morning by people in the hallway but besides that we really enjoyed our stay and thank the staff for their amazing work. Would absolutely recommend.
