Our establishment, Villa Paola, is located ijust a few steps from the centre of Rio Marina, a picturesque village situated on the eastern coast of the Island of Elba. Today, Rio Marina welcomes tourists with its relaxed atmosphere, pebble beaches, and crystal-clear waters, offering a perfect retreat for those looking to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the Island of Elba.

We offer our guests discounted rates for ferry tickets, issuing them ourselves with Moby or Toremar, where the discount ranges from 20 to 30%. Alternatively, we provide a link with a discount code inserted, allowing guests to independently purchase tickets, even for Low Cost companies such as Blunavy or Corsica Ferries.

Among our offerings, we also provide rental services for both scooters and e-bikes at discounted rates.

Spacious four-room apartment in Villa Paola, just 400m from the town center and all amenities, consisting of three double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, one bathroom with bathtub, kitchen, and a large living room with a double sofa bed and a single bed. It has a beautiful enclosed terrace that surrounds half the perimeter of the apartment. The panoramic sea-view terrace is equipped for outdoor dining. Private parking space, garden and washing machine shared with other apartments.

Check-in: from 16:30 to 19:00. Late arrivals after 19:30 accepted with a supplement of Euro 40.00.
Check-out: by 09:00.
Linen: the apartments do not provide bed and bath linen. Within 7 days before the arrival date, it is possible to rent it at the cost of Euro 20 per person for the single bed and at the cost of Euro 40 per person for the double bed.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Smoking inside the property is prohibited.
