O ar condicionado não mudava de temperatura. Não tinha cabides no guarda-roupas. Como não havia o cartão de "não pertube', houve o incomodo das funcionárias da limpeza do quarto e da reposição do minibar todos os dias (5). A vaga para idoso não era respeitada e não houve nenhuma providência da recepção.

Apesar da simpatia de todos os funcionários, o café da manhã tem pouca variedade, poucas frutas, café horroroso, e a grande maioria dos produtos são Industrializados (ultraprocessados) e de pouca qualidade (suco de laranja artificial, iogurte aguado e muito doce etc). O quarto é pequeno e o banheiro apresentava mofo no Box.
