It is located 1 mile from the Byington boat dock , 3 miles from Heise Hot Springs and Kelly Canyon. 5 miles to Ririe Reservoir and quick access to Hwy 26 leading to Jackson Hole. A quick 25-30 minute scenic route to Rexburg/BYU Idaho, or another direction is 25-30 minutes into Idaho Falls. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. All 3 bedrooms are in the basement.
