The holiday apartment of around 120m² is on two floors and can accommodate up to ten people.
The large living room-kitchen with wooden floor and vaulted ceiling has two large dining tables with chairs, a sofa bed for two people and satellite smart-TV. It is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, six-burner gas stove, oven and fridge with freezer.
The living room-kitchen opens directly onto the fabulous courtyard and shared garden equipped with chairs, tables and deckchairs as well as the barbecue.
A staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a hallway with a sofa bed for two people. Here are the three bedrooms, one with access to the external veranda (connected to the porch via a staircase) and two with access to the terrace overlooking the lake. On the same floor there are two bathrooms with shower where there is a washing machine. Via the spiral staircase you reach the roof terrace.
This floor can also be accessed from the street via the rear entrance.
The apartment is equipped with an independent heating system.
Outside the kitchen there is a shared courtyard and a large porch with columns and vaulted ceilings overlooking the garden equipped with chairs, tables and deckchairs as well as a barbecue.
From inside the apartment there is access to the roof solarium which offers fantastic views of the lake and surrounding mountains.
From one of the bedrooms you have access to the veranda on the first floor furnished with a round table and wooden chairs which enjoys a splendid view of the lake; via the steep and ancient staircase you have exclusive access to the common areas such as the courtyard and garden
Zorzino is a small quiet town, towards the church there is a playground, going up a few meters towards the mountain you find yourself walking along the paths in the woods. 1 km away, reachable on foot from the road or from the steep path in the woods, there is Riva di Solto, a small charming village with fantastic walks along the lake shore. This area is not particularly served by public transport, for short trips within the town it is advisable to move on foot while it is always advisable to have a car.
