Room was fine no complains there. There were quite a few people that were roaming around property and loud all through the night. When I checked in to room they did not mention the check out time. There’s no phone in room so I couldn’t call to confirm check out. I just assumed check out was at 1130 seeing that no one came to door at 11 to kick us out. So upon check out the when receiving my $100 deposit she took out $45 for a late check out fee! No one even told me what time check out was much less that there was a fee for it. That was absolutely ridiculous. I mean come on I only checked out 30 mins late. The cost of the room alone was like $64 (which is great price!)and then you gonna charge $45 for being there 30 mins after check out. Naw man that pissed me off! And the check in and check out people were both rude as was the person that came at 1130 to kick us out.

They bluntly show discrimination they provided me with the room with no hot water after mentioning it they refuse to give me another room that had efficient hot water and no bed bugs and they gave me a refund which in fact I haven't received by you guys Expedia I apologize for being so Frank with the conversation but I wouldn't spend no more money there personnel had an awful attitude thank you that's my opinion and true fact about the hot water in that establishment

Horrible Hotel!!!! We call downstairs for breakfast.Time breakfast is coffee in your room!!!! All you get is coffee!!! False advertising!!!! Homeless people peeing in a bucket in the hallway. We had roaches and spiders in a room burned cigarette holes in the blankets, someone's dog ate a hole in the wall, the shower was peeling and cracked. Homeless people sleeping on the stairs and under the hotel parking area full of homeless people, sleeping and living there. I took pictures of everything.I'm posting pictures of everything

There was roaches every where some dead alot of them were alive and every where. The tub looked horrible and the water dripped the entire time. They don't serve breakfast they keep the lobby doors locked.
