Disliked: Cleanliness
Upon checking in, we found large brown stains on the bedsheets, which required a late-night replacement. The hotel is pet-friendly, and some of the furniture showed noticeable wear and scratches. There was also hair on the shower floor and dark staining in the corners of the shower upon arrival, which was disappointing from a cleanliness standpoint.
Breakfast options were limited for vegetarians and vegans. When we inquired, staff mentioned they couldn’t accommodate every dietary preference due to concerns about waste; however, they did note that alternatives may be available upon request from the kitchen if asked.
The hotel does offer convenient amenities, including a washer and dryer, a gym, and a full kitchenette in the rooms. While some front desk staff members were helpful, others were less pleasant to interact with.
Unfortunately, due to the cleanliness issues and overall experience, I would not choose to stay here again.
