Spacious, clean room with big screen TV and a comfortable sofa. The lobby was nicely appointed and had snacks and drinks available. My dog was happy that there was a grassy area near the front entrance.

The room was very nice, spacious and perfect location for my occasion I would love to stay here again. I didn’t get to try the free breakfast but that is a great addition to the stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly and made sure everything went smoothly. There were a few moments when upstairs guests footsteps were a little loud, but nothing too bad.

The overall stay was a great experience. The room was clean and roomy, the staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was nice. If you are looking for a hotel within walking distance of everything, this is it. Our purpose was to visit the Mission Inn during the holidays, and this hotel was a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for a family vacation in Riverside.

The room was very nice. It was clean, spacious, and bed was comfy. Although the room did not have black out curtains. It was not dark enough when we went to bed due to the lights of the city and was definitely too bright in the morning.

We have stayed here 3 times...it's right around the corner from the historic Mission Inn. We go for the holiday fun and festival of lights at the Inn, but the rooms there are dark and small, and expensive. The Hyatt rooms are large, comfy and the beds are great. Only complaint is street noise; if you can, book a room away from the street, as the windows let a lot of noise into the room.

$20-30 to park, when parking is available. The breakfast is complimentary; tastes like it too. My experience at the hotel "Starbucks" was not good. The drink was horrible. It was a waste of money and time. Housekeeping wasn't thorough. Overall, I expected more for the cost.

Staff very courteous, room very clean and spacious. Area is within walking distance of downtown Riverside and close to so many restaurants and shops. Already booked another stay here for the holidays during their annual Festival of Lights.
