A couple of weeks ago we stayed at a Motel 6. This was by far a lot better. We appreciated having the microwave, small frig, working TV remote, working shower head, Continental breakfast, coffee machine, and cleanliness of the room. Staff was friendly and accommodating too. I'll definitely be staying here again!! Thank you!

I had to call Hotels.com to actually complain while I was at the hotel. I was there for two days in banning. That’s where my sister lives and I have my dogs with me on check-in. The the person ran tcredit card and then when the information came up on the screen for me to confirm it wasn’t me. She basically ran my credit card that would be able to be used by the person in room that wasn’t me. I still have the void slip that she gave me because of that she told me she wasn’t gonna charge me for the dog staying in the afternoon or the first day I was there. I was in the shower and someone knocks on the door so of course my dog who is a dachshund barks I get out of the shower and I get a call from the front desk that people were complaining that they couldn’t sleep and I said OK it’s 4 o’clock in the afternoon. Sorry somebody can’t sleep, but who was knocking on my door the person at the hotel said she came up to my room, but didn’t knock the night of Christmas when I stayed somebody checked in to the room above me and for about an hour there was this rolling noise of I don’t know if it was their luggage. They were moving the furniture around, but it was loud and a couple times. It was so loud that my dog barked I let that go I let it go and tell about maybe an hour after that and it’s 8 o’clock and I’m tired and I just want to relax so I call the front desk and I can complain and they said they would call the person upstairs for me. Maybe 30 minutes later my phone rings in my ro
