Room outdated, very old carpets and furniture - feels like 1986 circa. The hotel is nice and has character but the rooms are in dire need of a thorough renovation.

Front desk was great. Generous room upgrade d/t rain. Amazing view of the courtyard. Beautiful clean room. Very comfortable bed. Great coffee - brought my own creamer. Shower took a long while before getting warm. Waiter at the Presidential didn’t seemed to happy to serve and did the bare minimum- expected more from a high end eatery. Hotel stay a definite comeback.

For the most part, I would give them five stars, but I did have a few complaints on the menus. Every menu in the room says the restaurant opens up at 6:30 AM but no one in the staff there shows up until 7 AM. That was a little bit ridiculous. The area in general nothing opens until seven so if you’re an early riser, trying to get out the door at six, pilots airlines business, etc. good luck getting anything to eat.
