There was no upper sheet on either bed, just a bottom sheet with a duvet insert directly on top of that covered by a sheet on top of that. Totally unacceptable and unhygienic to be expected to sleep next to a duvet insert with no sheet. I remade the bed using a sheet from the spare bed. The sound proofing between rooms was terrible and we could hear every word from the next room until well after 11pm. (This was one of those rooms that adjoin with a locked door between). We asked to move rooms but were told they were fully booked yet there were plenty of rooms available online. The following morning the same neighboring room had the TV blaring at 5am. We will not stay again.

We almost had to take a room at another hotel! Our original room was taken from us in spite of us calling to tell them we were gonna be late but for sure going to be there for our room!!! Our room was fine, just disconcerting to know when we were fair on our end!

Room location and condition was awful. Our room window was over the corridor bar. So noisy you couldn’t hear the TV. Our room needed some TLC. Baseboards coming off the bathroom floor, couch had a tear in it, etc…

When we arrived, the two ladies at the counter were very pleasant. We began discussing the band and found out they played instruments too. I wish their had of been a vent in the bathroom to help with the condensation on the mirror and delay of being able to do my hair. They're we're only 2 towels and face cloths, so i had to run down and get more towels and wash cloths as well. Other than, overall nice.

When we booked the room, we needed som e special needs for a handicap persons . Although the type room needed was not available, the afternoon/evening staff made a personal call to let me know what was available. We had stayed a few days prior and the same room we booked then was available for the new date and we were able to stay and check in without any issuesat all. Thank you!
