The floor was wet. Probably from rain leaking from the window. Bed should be replaced. I could feel the springs. Continental breakfast was far from a breakfast.

Check in was extremely slow. Soap dispenses in the shower did not work. The toilet paper holder was broke, and the toilet paper was sitting on the bathroom vanity. The refrigerator in the room did not have a freezer. Very discouraging experience after driving 12 hours and just looking forward to a pleasant stay.

The room was clean but the hotel definitely needs a refresh. The metal bases of the lamps were rusty. There were no tissues. Old drips were on the wall. The toilet paper dispenser was half out of the wall. You get what you pay for - great price but lower your expectations.

Don’t want to beat up a small business but the hotel has seen better days. Signs of water damage in the room. Poorly cleaned. Dusty. Obviously stained bath mat, dingy towels, blood spots on fitted sheet and one of the pillow cases. There’s really no excuse for this. They don’t seem especially busy. Baffled by hi median score, tbh. Very polite at check-in, at least. Won’t return and would opt for higher scores hotel in location.
