Disastrous

The host didn’t communicate with me until last minute. The property is large, and none of the buildings were labeled. It took me a long time to understand where my building was located and the host was saying I would have to wait an hour for him to meet me there. I finally guessed which building it was and tried the code-I was happy it worked. It was on the third floor-not the first floor as advertised. When I entered the room it smelled horrible. I opened the patio to air it out.that is when I noticed that the picture on the wall was broken and hanging by a wire. Someone shoved the broken picture beside the TV. I tried to heat something in the microwave but it wouldn’t heat anything up. There was no Information sheet and therefore no WiFi. The towels were very old and worn. When I left there I received no information on how to check-out.
