It's a beautiful property. Definitely not for anyone who cannot make it up and down a spiral staircase. The hot water did not work the first two days but was up and running within hours of me asking if that was normal. There is a dog across the street (and just yards away from your bedroom) that barks a lot but between the hours of 11p and 6a, he was relatively quiet. The place came with everything you would need, sheets, towels, tp, water and paper towels, shampoo and soaps and was very clean. They even had phone chargers by the bed. We felt safe and liked the close location to the reef. We loved taking the kayaks out and tying them up not far from the shore but you need to be in good shape to be able to get in and out of the kayaks and onto the platform from the kayaks. The snorkeling was amazing!! It is a great place to stay if you are going to explore the land and sea and have a rental car. I would not recommend it for families with small kids, mobility issues or who are planning to dive a lot. Also, you need to like dogs, cats and the occasional chickens that will pop in to say, "Hi" We don't watch TV so I can't speak to that but they do have 2 nice looking tvs. Wifi worked the entire time we were there. If you need a to work while on vacation there is also a perfect little airconditioned office to hide out in. In addition, you will need to visit as grocery store or have a car because there is no food or drinks within walking distance.
