THERE ARE BEES EVERYWHERE THAT ARE DRILLING HOLES IN EVERYTHING. My roommate who is allergic got stung. This is the closest you can get to camping, with vacation rental pricing. Strongly do not recommend. Stayed there for two days, only had water on one of those days. The two old people who manage it are clueless and disrespectful. When we got there the water was working. Make sure you take a shower as fast as possible. You will lose hot water immediately. Anyway, day two got woken up by another camping resident at my door at 6:30 pounding on the door. He was demanding to know if we had water. We didn't. He told us he called the emergency number at 4 am. No one answered. I sent an email at 8:30 am then went out riding. Came back at noon, no one had done anything or even seemed interested in fixing the water. Finally the old managers showed up. We talked to them who pretty much threw their hands up in the air and said we don't know what to do we will go get four gallons of bottled water... Me and my buddy were escorted to the main water pump. It's a 1 hp pump that supplies 7 houses.... Anyway we had tools and we trouble shot the water pump and diagnosed it as a blown capacitor for them. We went back out and came back home around 6 and had water again. No thanks for our assistance, no concessions offered, just piss poor management. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Someone was burning painted and pressure treated wood. Like I said, camping but you're paying alot more!!!!
