• Top bunks are not suitable for guests over 14 years of age

Sleeping up to 10 guests, Julia’s has been carefully designed with relaxed coastal living in mind. The home features open-plan living and dining, creating a spacious central hub for entertaining and spending time together.
Step outside to a fully enclosed backyard and undercover BBQ area — ideal for outdoor dining and for children to play safely and freely. The property offers plenty of space for families to relax and enjoy a carefree holiday atmosphere.
A high chair is provided for families travelling with young children, adding to the convenience of this well-equipped home.
Julia’s is also ideal for larger group bookings when paired with Syleham Zero, as the properties connect via the garage. Please advise if both homes are booked together so the interconnecting gate can be unlocked. While connected, Julia’s maintains its own private backyard and sits on the corner of Davenport Street and Lord Syleham Street, facing Davenport Street.
Important Information:
• No booking will be accepted without a completed guest list and required details
• A $300 refundable pet bond is required for your stay
Pet Information:
Guests are responsible for ensuring their dog is appropriately restrained within the enclosed yard. While the property is fenced, suitability for all pets cannot be guaranteed.
Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for all stays; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds professionally made prior to arrival, please request bed-making at the time of booking ($15.00 per bed - sorry no top bunks will be made). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding arrangements will be assumed based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
