The house was clean, aside from pet hair from previous people staying. Communication was great and very easy. I will say that if you do have accessibility needs that this house would be a problem since the only bathroom is on the 2nd floor. It wasn't a huge problem for us, but others it might. It was just something I overlooked.
It's an old house kept spotlessly clean and well-stocked with everything you need. 2 blocks from beautiful, posh East Ave, we were 5 min drive from art museums, the planetarium, and the .Museum of Play. Beds are comfy. Window ACs hD no problem keeping the house cool. We had no problem finding close, free parking for our extra car.. Staying here gave us a much better Rochester experience than we evver got when we stayed in the burbs.
Great location for Rochester. The house is well appointed - I was happy to have a comfortable master bedroom mattress and good quality toilet paper! The owners were easy to communicate with and the parking space was adequate.
I have no complaints about this property it was very comfortable. My kids and I just basically needed a place to sleep. We were in Rochester for a funeral so most of our days was spent with family. The property is located in a quiet, well maintained area, there are numerous places close by for food and other necessities. Christopher has everything you need in the home for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay there again.
This house was just as advertised and perfect for us for our holiday stay while visiting family in the area, and just the right size for the 5 of us (partner, adult children, spouse). We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, laundry, comfortable bedrooms and living spaces, as well as the old-home charm. The host was welcoming and responded immediately to my questions.
