Room clean. Parking was ok. I am using a knee scooter and had xrays/check up/etc at Mayo clinic next day after stay. I called property to confirm that I reserved a handicap room for our stay. We arrived approx 8pm and the handicap room was not available. We stayed in a room with a couch. We had to rearrange table and chairs in order for me to get around. There was a bathtub chair available so my husband went to the front desk to get it. I was thankful they had one. Why didn't staff offer it when I checked in and she could see I was mobility impaired and room wasn't available? So, we could deal with the inconvenience for one night. However, the clincher...rock hard bed. 3 pillows. By 4:00 am, I scooted over to the couch with my pillow and extra blanket hoping this would be the answer to please get sleep. Nope. The next day at the clinic was miserable. Tired & a headache. My husband said the breakfast was pretty good. Besides donuts, yogurt, hard boiled eggs etc. there were cooked items in the fridge to choose from, that you could warm up in the microwave. i.e. 3 types of omelets, french toast, sausage links.

Great parking option and convenient access to Mayo Clinic, literally one block away. Despite the massive Mayo expansion project, walking was still easy to do. The room was clean, the temperature was fine, the bed was ok. The bathroom was clean but the toilet was not a "right height" tall one. The shower is a modified tub. The towels were thin, the soap was miniscule. The breakfast was a serve yourself bar. This is an older hotel that has undergone some renovation. Dont expect luxury accomodations here but a basic, clean place for a short visit. The area felt very safe.

We were in the older part of the building which could use some updating. Bathroom was very tight. But staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Walkable to clinic although a lot of construction at this time. Once someone told us about the subway we were fine

A little older …. Our room needed a little maintenance (bathroom wallpaper starting to sag) but room was clean! This hotel is convenient for Mayo appointments as it is attached to the Subway. The staff is helpful and responsive. We stay here for each visit.

Great location

We did not have the breakfast as we had 6:30 am labs to do. The hotel is very clean & quiet & in an excellent location for getting to Mayo. We walked outside but they also have access to the subway so you don’t even have to set foot outside if you don’t want to. The AC unit was clear up next to the ceiling & my husband had to stand on the bed to reach it & adjust the temp. Other than that & maybe a few updates that need to be done it’s a good, clean place to stay. In fact, we will have to go back several times in the future & I will try to book here again
