We had a good visit to East Rochester. The house is only 9 minutes drive to Strong Museum of Play. Everywhere else we needed to be was 20-25 minutes drive. So, not too bad , but not the best location for us.The house had everything we expected. Plenty of kitchen equipment/amenities. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Bed linens were fresh & clean, and the beds made up nicely. The bedroom configuration suited us for 4 adults and 2 children.
The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and the communication from the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!
We needed a place near Fairport for a family graduation and this house was perfect. There was plenty of privacy with three bedrooms but a great visiting space with connected kitchen, family room and dining area. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and only a short drive from necessities (groceries, coffee, etc...) and fun (e.g. 5 minutes to the Canal path). I can't recommend this place highly enough.
This property was in a great location and had all the needed amenities for us. We only had one issue which was due to an alarm going off and then coming back every 6 hrs. The property is managed by a firm so it took awhile (almost 24 hrs) to get updates and a resolution. Handiman aligned was helpful and I was grateful for the final resolution.
We had a great stay! The house is older but very clean. Quick access to the thruway. Kitchen was stocked with the essential utensils. Cheryl was very responsive and easy to work with. Kids enjoyed sleeping in the twin beds room.
Working with the host was awesome. She messaged well in advance and gave me accurate instructions. She answered back my messages quickly. It is a very charming house, all the amenities we needed and more! It worked perfect for our family of 5. Super clean! Great neighborhood, convenient driving distances to many places (restaurants, grocery stores and actives). The only bad thing I could say is that the downstairs bed was uncomfortable. Fine for one person but not for two adults, needs to be replaced.
Family freindly. Clise to highway. 5 minutes to eveywhere
We stayes a long weekend at Rochester visiting family, and the house was in a very good location. Very easy to come and go. A big house. Set perfectly for us.
Property was very clean and looked just like the pictures! Location was great: 15 minutes to downtown, excellent restaurants near by, very close to everywhere we needed to go. Three bedrooms, two baths, nice open living, kitchen, dining area.
Cheryl was a great host. Location is convenient for access to Rochester and surrounding suburbs. The house was clean and well-maintained. Only issue is there is only one key for the front door, and to lock the door from inside also requires the key so takes a little planning if you and your group have any plans that are separate from each other!
This place matched the listing! Property manager was easily reachable, the owner was not. However it was directly off the expressway so access was easy and quick. My only issue was how uneasily recognizable the basement area was. It appeared as a closet in the bedroom so it took us by surprise when we realized this! Not necessarily a big problem but because of the stairs I think it should have been labeled or at least mentioned.Overall Iâd give it a 9.5/10.
This house was just as advertised. It was clean and well equipped. Cheryl was very communicative! Check in process was super easy. Would definitely stay here again.
This house was a perfect spot for us to stay while our son had a weekend at Nazareth University. The house has easy access to expressways, dining options, shopping, and the University. The layout of the house was fantastic and beds were clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy and we were happy that pets were allowed. There is a great backyard (not fenced) for them to explore. Our pup loved it! We would stay again for a weekend if needed.
The house was super clean and exactly like itâs pictured. It had everything we needed and more. Host was very kind, responsive, and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Location was great, everywhere we went within ten minute drive. Canât wait to stay here again!
Large open kitchen, dining and living room area. Bed with attached bathroom on the first floor for us older folks. Large yard which we didn't get a chance to enjoy because of the freezing cold. The furniture could use a refresh but otherwise a good place to stay. Cheryl is a great communicator
Just what we needed for our visit to the Rochester NY area for 20 days. Friends and shopping were minutes away and the accomodations were quiet considering the proximity to the rail lines and express way. The beds were outstanding and the HVAC and other mechanical systems worked well. We would definitely stay there again the next time we visit in the area.
