Staff was friendly and helpful. There were two volleyball teams there when we stayed, yet the place was fairly quiet. Could use a little higher grade of tissue and toilet paper - it was pretty scratchy and rough.

Great place to overnight after out-patient surgery at Mayo. Big, comfortable room with a mini kitchen. Bed and pillows were great. The hotel even had chicken noodle soup served in the evening…just what the doctor ordered!

Our room was spacious and location to Mayo and restaurants was very nice. We were not aware parking was an additional expense each night until we arrived. Other hotels in area offer free parking. No discount for being a Mayo patient was offered to us, unlike other hotels in area.

We have stayed at this hotel several times for Mayo Clinic visits. The suite with a couch and kitchenette is great: nice big windows. On the most recent visit for a week housekeeping never came! despite requests! We were told they come every 3 days, but we had difficulty getting service (first time like that). Would still recommend it!

An easy 10 minute walk to Mayo's main buildings. Nice breakfast included, bar area has tasty food options, though limited. 5:30 free soup was a nice option. Comfortable rooms. Would be nice to have coffee/tea available at any time in the lobby, rather than just at breakfast. Shuttle to Mayo was available throughout the day, in cold weather would be highly appreciated. Parking was extra, but at a lower cost than downtown parking garages. Able to leave car even after checkout time, if you have later appointments in the day. Would stay again.
