Our room was clean. We attempted to stream a movie on TV but could not do so! There was lots of construction noise throughout our overnight stay.

I have pictures of sidewalk shoveled but wide area along curb not shoveled, piled snow and ice, and in street where unloading much ice. Myself and witnessed other patients having same difficulty getting over snow bank. Advised front desk but in 3 days nothing done. Let me know where to send pictures.

I have not used breakfast. Faucets in sink need to be replaced - they are rusted . Overall the room is clean and beds are comfortable. I was surprised on getting an extra charge of 25 dollars for already paid in full room reservation but was told that this charge will be removed in 7-10 business days.

Tub not very clean and beds are very hard. I no breakfast is free and should not complain but if your going to serve it have the eggs have some flavor. Did love being right across the street from Mayo appointment. The subway made it so nice that we did not have to go out in the cold.

The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean. Parking was safe, the only bad thing was that they charged me for parking and I didn't realize that they charged for parking.

I thought I had reserved a room at the Kahler Grand Hotel. When checking in with my disabled adult daughter for her appointments at the Mayo Clinic, I was told I was at the wrong Kahler hotel!!! I was stunned. Because the Kahler Grand is closest to Mayo Clinic, and because my daughter requires a wheelchair, I requested a room at the Kahler Grand. I was told the reservation would have easily been transferred FROM KAHLER INN & SUITES at no cost to me IF I HADN'T USED EXPEDIA TO MAKE THE RESERVATION! Please tell me I can get a refund of the $173.... !!! I had to pay for the preferred one night at the Kahler Grand BECAUSE I USED EXPEDIA to make the initial incorrect reservation. Please help me.
