This is a perfectly fine short-term hotel, I'm just perplexed by the 9.4 traveler rating which is what led me to select it. Highlights: it was clean and smelled remodeled. Otherwise: tiny lobby, sad little breakfast, small bath, backlot location, tiny exercise room (three walking machines plus barbells) ... all of which is fine, none of which says 9.4 to me.

The service was good, but it could use better attention to detail, and the room was not clean. There was leftover hair in several locations and gross stains on the bathroom door. One of the hand towels had a questionable stain as well.

Everything was nice and clean. Staff was super nice. Breakfast is just bagels and cereal very basic. The tub did have a hole that looks like they try to patch but other than that room was very nice.
