Expedia advertises two rooms. One that is pet friendly and other that is not pet friendly. When booking I selected the pet friendly room assuming this was the total price. But upon walking in there was a sign saying $30 per pet. Upon this suprise you would think the staff would be willing to work with you (maybe just charge for one of our dogs and not two) But instead he debated that it says it on their website. If you are going to list two different rooms on expedia at least be transparent and charge for one pet online that way its not a huge suprise when walking in. I could have booked at a much nicer hotel for the same price I ended up paying but was stuck in this dingy hotel in a not so good location. Also, the hotel reaked of pets. I understand it being dog friendly but proper cleaning would prevent this horrible smell. Finally the breakfast was rough. considering we paid roughly $150 to get poor service dirty hotel in a not so good area and a poor breakfast. This was probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed at.

The Best Western in Rock Hill was very nice, quiet. Room was very clean. I travel with my two dogs so we do need to go outside at bedtime and early morning. I would have preferred more lighting in the parking area, but overall I would definitely recommend.
