Okay the room was clean, the staff nice, the grounds very well maintained. The issue I have is all night we could hear EVERYTHING that happened in the hall… I thought it was very weird so I looked at our door in the morning. The door doesn’t go all the way down the ground! You could slide a cell under it, you could slide the soap provided completely under it and into the hall. I think that’s a major issue for safety and privacy. I looked at other rooms as well and the same thing! You could see under the door into the rooms!

The price was good. I went to my room and the wall next to the air conditioner was full of mold. There was mold on the inside of the bathtub and around the bath mat, as well as, the caulking around the tub. And the toilet (under the lip of the seat) was BLACK. Normally something the toilet brush and a little cleaner would get... looks like months of not cleaning. Have pictures of all the areas. If those things aren't cleaned, what else was left untouched?

Rock Hill Trip

The hotel is good. The price is its best attribute. Breeakfast was fine. The staff was polite. The only complaint I have is that our room had a musty smell.
