The customer service was absolutely wonderful! We stayed 2 nights as I had two medical treatments that left me completely exhausted! The management had us assigned to a second floor room. When they found out that I was in town for medical treatments, they immediately changed us to a first floor room without us having to request it! They were delightful!

The room was very small but updated. Fridge and Microwaves are removed. Bed comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was nearly non-existent. Tub damaged. Breakfast was a royal joke. One choice. A small thawed (frozen) breakfast burrito you cook in the microwave and coffee. No hot water even. Can only get ice by asking front desk.

Be forewarned: you will get a double bed, the proprietors insisted their double bed is a queen. The bed for an individual is fine, but if you have a partner, hope neither of you move more than an inch at night. I gave a one star fue to their insistence on the obvious I was flagged for stating the COO.

The staff were very nice, and the bed was comfortable. However, the shower curtain was mostly ripped off and the shower leaked at the pan so badly it flooded the bathroom. You could see daylight around the outer door. Breakfast was some sort of homemade looking breakfast burrito and room temperature Sunny D. Not a bad place for a one nighter when travelling, but not the best either.

I stayed here for 16 days, When I checked out I only got $20 of my $50 back because I got blood on their towel. A $1600 stay and they charged me $30 for a towel. That’s ridiculous. They will not take a credit card over the phone. I was happy with my stay until this happened.
