I had paid for 2 nights and cancelled one . When I arrived the second night wasnât cancelled . I was told by manager the hotel couldnât do anything about it because Expedia had to so they told me just to check out the next day and then Expedia told me when I called them after I checked out that the hotel had to deal with it so I donât know whoâs lying.
A very poor Hampton Inn. It had only one elevator making me wonder if it started out as a different brand.
The toilet in our room did not flush properly. It also had some kind of tape around the base perhaps to hold it place. The toilet seat was a very cheap one and was loose.
In the bathroom the wallpaper was stapled together where it had come loose.
The pillows were soft and seemingley over used.
While Hampton Inn breakfasts are not usually great this one was particularly bad. The eggs seemed watered down and were tasteless.
The breakfast area had a tip jar something I had not seen before.
I have been staying at this property since 2012....this recent stay is among the worst. Dirty floors, dirty elevators, deferred maintenance in the bathrooms and elsewhere....lots of items missing from the breakfast.
It was very warming and comfortable bed were excellent , front desk very nice and helpful , overall stay was good , breakfast was good, room was clean!!!!
Staff was friendly, Brandon the manager, did not give a courtesy notification when they turned off the water in the middle of showering and preparing for a family funeral. Has to leave fences in toilet and when i returned the didnât even come to freshen up the room after hours .
