Great family retreat

Was the perfect location for our family of three generations to spend quality time together hanging out, swimming, fishing, cooking, etc. The house was comfortable for a large group, very accomodating, well stocked, with a great location to take in many of the location attractions! Perfect house for a family with kids

The house was beautiful. Our family enjoyed our time there. The house was stocked with everything you would need to make your stay pleasant and feel like home. The house was very clean. Wedding weekend in Rockport

We were in Rockport for a family wedding close by. This house was amazing! Beautiful views, great layout and amenities! Everyone loved the the beauty and comfort of this home! Definitely recommend!

Dream home

There were 13 of us with four boys under 13. They were never bored. Swimming, fishing and playing their games kept them busy. It's close enough to shopping and attractions and yet private and peaceful. We all agreed its was our best stay ever and we rarely all agree

Amazing Property!!

The house is very spaces and has everything you need to cook meals. View from the back is simply amazing from morning, noon to night! the residents are all very friendly and the fishing from the bulkhead is really good so don't forget to take your rods! overall it was a 10 but, I suggest that you take ice chest for ice due to the lack of freezer space and no ice machine at the house or property.

Family Celebration

Wanting to celebrate my husband's 75th birthday with a gathering of our multi-generational family, I went in search of an accommodation that would meet all our needs and found this jewel! This home was spacious...room for all, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, great outdoor space with a hot tub and pool...where we spent many hours...everyone was happy and an added touch...pool towels provided!! The house was perfect and our family had a fun-tastic birthday weekend! Thank you!!

Amazing views, beautiful home

Very spacious home! Beautiful views, enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We did go through a pretty brutal storm when we were there and think the house or something close was hit as after that storm happened some things stopped working or malfunctioned. But the house manager was quick to reply and get it fixed. Was very nice to deal with and we still enjoyed the stay! Hope to be back again!

Wonderful home for large family!

This home was perfect for our large family, 10 adults and 3 grandkids. It was beautiful and spacious with a huge well-equipped kitchen. The pool/spa was a highlight for everyone with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Pool towels were provided. The patio area was huge so that we were all able to enjoy being outside together. We all had a great time and definitely recommend this home to others. This was our first time renting through Vacasa. Communications were great and we would definitely rent through them again.

Beautiful with amazing views

This house is so cozy. The prettiest sunrises with dolphins and different bird species. It was magical. The kitchen is very equipped. Only downside is the hot tub wasn’t working, which was the whole reason I booked this place. Idk if the pool is normally heated also and was broken too, but it was freezing. The breaker did go out on us while there, but got in contact with the host and it was fixed fast. Will definitely be back.

Love the house, but


We love this house, but there are MULTIPLE things that need to be fixed were problems from last year when we stayed here as well. The living room fan doesn’t work. We actually had to go and purchase fans this year because with 20ft vaulted ceilings and no fan, it gets hot and stagnant. The grill was in desperate need of cleaning; so much so that we had a grease fire. Additionally, the burners kept going out. The electric blinds that were broken last year in the upstairs bedrooms have been replaced with curtains, but they are not long enough for the doors, waking you up at 6am when the sun rises. The garbage disposal in the kitchen sink is still broken causing the sink to drain slowly. These are the reasons we are rating the house 4/5 stars.

Surpassed our expectations!

From the moment we walked in, we were amazed at this place! The windows, porch, and balcony across the back of the home highlight its waterfront view, and the bayfront walkway was a bonus - great for morning walks, seeing the sun come up over the water, & birdwatching. We even saw dolphins one morning. The home was super clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this home. We have stayed at many vacation rentals, and this one is at the top.
