Room old, smelled of many years of smoke. Felt unsafe , plus section of facility our room was in , seemed very transient. Much smoking going on , on property areas. Night manager not supportive, but day manager very helpful.

Hotel looks nothing like pictures. First room received a/c was leaking. Young lady at front desk changed my room with no hesitation. Second room toilet handle leaking and a/c warm. When went to front desk next morning the gentleman there was very rude and acting as if is extremely bothered. He interaction with customer before was very disrespectful. I told him what was going on with the room. He told me the a/c needed to be on 61 degrees to work properly. I never heard of that before but the room was a lil cooler. But was very dusty. The room had wood floor and tile in bathroom area. Which needed to be cleaned. Overall not very satisfied with this stay.

Check in was slow. Seemed like the machine that codes the keys wasn’t working properly. One of the room keys ended up not working. The room appeared clean on the surface but when I closed the bathroom door I noticed dust bunnies, hair that wasn’t mine, and just dirt on the floor.

The room was cleaned but o took a non smoking but smell like they smoke inside , i have to put the ac all night in order i don’t smells smoking . I saw a guest smoking out side the room . If you said non smoking it’s no smoking . It was ok but never go back there

The rooms was roach infested, people walking around smoking weed area was not clean at all. they have the vehicle park in the handicap zone. It looks like the person was living in the car and the car was roaches, infested, climbing up the windows and let’s talk about the buffet breakfast. People stretching their hands over your food. and make sure you get up before 9:30 or you would not get any breakfast. Never again.

This is the second time my partner and I have stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Rockville Centre to attend a nearby reunion. We enjoyed the location, amenities and price the first time and did not hesitate to rebook this year. We would recommend as the property was clean and a good value.
