The entire staff were fantastic Alisha and the shift Manager were so very nice and extremely helpful. The Kings rooms weee double booked and the Alisha and the manager went way out of their way to insure I was taken care of. Thank you so much for helping work that situation Room was clean and nice. While traveling I prepaid for a king room for husband and I 9 hours in advance of arrival. Upon arrival at 5pm, I was told no more King rooms, but I could have a double. Room was prepaid, no refund. Clerk told me I could leave but all other rooms would be sold out. I was stuck with TINY beds. I’m 5’’8”.My feet hung off end of bed. Room smelled terrible of rug deodorizer- so bad my throat hurt. When checking out, different clerk was rude and simply told me I’d get receipts in email. I will never stay in another Marriott property, I’ll search out Hiltons from now on. Terrible, Terrible night!
