We were traveling with family and had 6 rooms. My sonâs room had a giant roach in it
Which he had to kill.
Otherwise it was fine. Staff was very friendly
and helpful.
Both front desk staff were friendly and without a negative attitude, which has become so prevalent in hospitality. I am unsure if their names, but both women were exceptional. If i have a negative, it would be the temperature in the building. It is a hot summer and major hotels should have the infrastructure to keep the buildings at a more comfortable/cooler temperature. Lastly, the elevators are entirely too slow.
Because of circumstances beyond my control. I was unable to travel to The Holiday Inn Express in Wilson N.C. I communicated with that hotel twice to keep them informed of my flight cancelations. Eventually I had to cancell. I"ve have asked for a refund but was not granted one. They were not moved by my problems with the multiple flight cancelations..MY NEXT TRIP TO WILSON, I WILL FIND AN ANOTHER HOTEL TO STAY.
