This modern ground floor flat has a fantastic location on the quay in Rönnäng with a marvellous sea view. In the morning you only have to walk a few metres to dive into the sea. Afterwards you can enjoy your breakfast on the large wooden terrace. The flat has a bright and open living area with large panoramic windows and a private jetty.

Rönnäng is a village on Tjörn, Sweden's seventh largest island, from where you have good connections to several popular islands along the coast. The metropolis of Gothenburg is only an hour away from the apartment. The passenger ferry takes you on foot to the smaller islands of Tjörnekalv, Åstol and Dyrön. On the mountain above Rönnäng there are stairs and paths to viewpoints from where you can see far and wide. Tjörn offers a fantastic maritime environment for exciting swimming and fishing trips. For those interested in art, there is the Pilane Sculpture Park, which offers varied art and nature walks. There are around 90 stone settlements from the Iron Age here. You can go shopping in nearby Skärhamn or take a trip to Stenungsund. S54168 in the same house.
