"What you see is what you pay" from Expedia is not accurate. The Budget Inn does not honor this contract and adds additional fees. Also, the amenities were supposed to include a coffee maker. NO COFFE MAKER! But you can buy some in the lobby. If you call that coffee.

The place was pretty dirty amd gross inside the room. Hadnt been clean properly. The office looked like the inside of a store. Was made to give a deposit after booking online . Had a hard tome getting it back ..

Room was adequately clean. You get what you pay for and this is least expensive place to stay in this town. Staff is great. ♥️Love that you can pay $5/hour extra if you want stay past check out time ♥️

Checking in was at the facility next door to this motel, the staff was very confused and charged a $50.00 towel fee. They complained that visitors leave sand on the floor and use the towels to clean it up, so if I did this I would not get my deposit back. I walked to room to see if the key worked and then went to dinner. Upon my return from dinner someone else was in my room and my key did not work. They had to find me a new room and it took three tries to get a key that worked. The room itself was fine but the rest of the experience was very strange.

They ignored me when I walked in as they were dealing with other crisis like somebody stealing a TV and somebody else refusing to stay in their assigned room because it was filthy, buds not made, etc. There was all kinds od crazy stuff being sold in the lobby in plastic baskets on the floor, including old faucets and cheap food. and their was trash all over the place outside. The walls in the room were stained and there was no coffee pot or even paper cups for water. Also the internet was very slow and all the vending and ice machines were non-functioning. The one thing I will say is that the bed itself seemed clean. Otherwise I would not have stayed, but I was tired from driving and decided to put up with all the issues. But never again!

They were remodeling and check-in was difficult because of that, and the staff were not very professional. We didn't even stay at the Budget Inn, but at the building next door. Rooms looked like they had just been remodeled but that they hadn't finished before giving us our room. No tissue, soap, trash cans, batteries for the TV remote and only 1 half empty roll of TP. We had a king size bed but only had 2 standard size pillows. The refrigerator leaked water and over half the light bulbs were burnt out. Very disappointed with our overall stay and almost left a day early because of that.

Staff/Check-in/Deposit...Beware! I paid for my hotel room in advance via Expedia. Upon Check-in, I was notified there was a refundable Deposit in the amount of $100, then reduced to $50. I then paid $50 Deposit on Credit Card, but was told he could not provide me Receipt (printed or emailed). Hotle Clerk advised me not to worry, as the 'Hold' on CC would be automatically lifted ($50 charge reversed) the next morning when I Checked out. That never occurred, so I called Budget Inn on 2 different days to inquire where my Deposit Refund was? They could not locate $50 charge in their records & stated they would investigate. I requested they return my call or text their findings, which they did not. Frustrated with Budget Inn's lack of response, I disputed transaction with Credit Card company & they are conducting investigation.
