Our apartment features the following spaces:


Living Room: A spacious area divided into two distinct sections. The first is dedicated to relaxation, featuring a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, a flat-screen smart TV for cozy evenings, and a coffee table for enjoying snacks or drinks. The second section, with a more rustic and welcoming atmosphere, includes a dining table with chairs, an armchair, and two large cabinets ideal for storing personal items or kitchenware.


Kitchen: A separate, fully equipped kitchen designed to meet all your culinary needs. It includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, moka coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, and essential kitchen utensils. Please note, a dishwasher is not available. The kitchen also features a small balcony, perfect for letting in fresh air and enjoying the Roman ambiance.


Master Bedroom: A cozy and bright room, thanks to a large window. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, a spacious wardrobe for your belongings, a chest of drawers with a smart TV, and a desk with a mirror that can double as a work station. The air conditioning system (hot/cold) ensures optimal comfort throughout the year.


Second Bedroom: Ideal for both relaxation and creativity, this room features two single beds with bedside tables and lamps, a bookshelf, and a special area with a piano for those who love to play or want to experiment during their stay. A large window brightens the room, and the air conditioning guarantees maximum comfort in any season.


Modern Bathroom: A well-organized and functional bathroom equipped with a spacious shower, WC, sink with counter space, a large mirror, a hairdryer, and a courtesy set for each guest.


Additional Comforts: The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and vacuum cleaner. A crib is also available upon request (10€ per night). For added convenience, the apartment offers a self check-in system, allowing guests to organize their arrival with maximum flexibility.
