AR Room Rome is located about 2km from the "Roma Tiburtina" station, from which you can easily reach the historic center of Rome and all the main Italian cities with high speed. The apartment is located a few steps from the large university area that extends from the historic San Lorenzo neighborhood to the lively Piazza Bologna. Young university students, both out of town and not, are the soul of this neighborhood and give it an unparalleled warmth and liveliness.
The property has a common room with a vending machine, a kitchen equipped with cutting-edge services and a large balcony. The "GREEN" Room can accommodate up to 4 guests and has all the basic services (free Wi-Fi, TV, private bathroom, air conditioning and heating). It has a complete bedroom with 2 double beds, a mini fridge, coat hangers, a complete private bathroom equipped with all toiletries, a smart TV, a safe, sheets, towels, a kettle (coffee, tea etc). The doors of the rooms are locked. The kitchen is a shared space as is the smoking area, which is the balcony that can be accessed from the kitchen itself.

BEWARE OF TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT: I can not evaluate the interior of this property, because I was never able to enter it. I did spend hours at its exterior, which I found to be bad and very difficult for transportation. My harsh complaint is about the Managers of this property, whose mismanagement resulted in my spending 3.5 hours trying to get access to the apartment, even though I arrived before their Closing Time. Despite about 12 phone calls and texts that evening to the "HELP" phone they provide, no one responded. I was stuck outside the apartment with zero support, and had to return to Rome's center 3 hours after my 26-euro taxi ride there (plus 26-euro return) in order to find a hotel for that night and the rest of the week. AND... they have, up to this date 11 days later, refused to refund my prepayment of over 400 euros. These people are incompetent. As of now, they are also thieves.
