The property manager was friendly, responsive, and met us quickly when we arrived.
Pros: location, firm, but comfortable beds, and excellent air conditioning (it was 38 celcius/100 degrees) during our stay).
Cons: 5 flights of stairs, bathrooms could be cleaner, and the towels were dingy.
Overall for the price, it is a good place to stay away from the busy tourist areas of Rome, but you have to be able to carry your suitcases up and down the stairs.
Great restaurants nearby, all walkable. It was a 20 minute walk to The Pantheon and 20-25 minutes to The Colosseum.
The artwork was not to our overall liking, but this is a personal opinion. The entry table shown in photos when we arrived had dozens of books about Rome and it's attractions which was helpful.
