High end shops nearby. Staff was nice but room was just okay. We didn’t mind as our days were full enough that we weren’t in the room much. Air conditioning was nice and the bed was comfortable but very noisy from nearby construction and noise within the hotel during the night.

Everything was exceptional and very satisfying. Location eas excellent with great restaurants and stores close by. Busy street down below but the windows with excellent views blocks all the noise at night. Will definitely stay here again. When in Rome!

I will be recommending this property to anyone i know travelling to Rome. We absolutely loved our stay. It was so close to Spanish steps and wonderful restaurants! The front desk attendant im sorry i dont remember her name was soooo helpful! Excellent communication and a lovely room with great space. It is quiet and we felt safe. There was a lift also which is helpful with luggage.

This is convenient location near shops, restaurants and sites. Our room was a good size, clean with good amenities (coffee, tea, minibar) and a nice sized bathroom. The location is also quiet. The hotel is small, but has what you need and more!

Great location. They don’t serve breakfast but many options out the door. Nice shops too. Spacious room for the city center with modern bathroom with shower. Elevator. Enjoyed my one night stay while in Rome.

Little Hideaway In A Busy City

Very nice little boutique hotel, quiet but close to all the places you would want to see in Rome. Great restaurants very close to the Hotel. Breakfast / Lunch or Dinner never had a bad meal over the 6 days. Very good communication between Hotel Front Desk in explaining everything.

From the very beginning, communication was outstanding. I was in touch with Andrea, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. I had a lot of questions about my arrival time, and he was so patient and helpful every step of the way. When I finally arrived, Andrea greeted me personally, carried my luggage up, and took time to show me all the room features. The space was spotless, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of everything! It was a three minute walk to the Spanish steps. Andrea even helped me book some tours during my stay and, at checkout, made sure I didn’t leave without the complimentary water from the mini-fridge. He literally ran back up to grab it for me! He also kindly held onto my luggage until later in the afternoon. Truly seamless hospitality. Andrea made the experience extra special, and I can’t recommend BELSIANA House enough.

Nice enough

I would recommend this hotel. The front desk woman was very friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and nice enough. The only thing that we didn't appreciate was the extra charge for "after hours" check-in. We couldn't help when our flight arrived and it wasn't an unreasonable hour. Overall, it was a good experience and a good location.

Great stay, there is a 20 euro late checkin fee

Overall great stay. Good location, room was clean, bathroom was nice, the staff was very friendly and responsive, and the blackout shutters were amazing. My only problem was that I made the mistake of not contacting the property about it's late check-in policy prior to booking. While it does say "contact us for late check in policies" on the listing, it should say "20 euro fee for a late check-in". I fully own that it was my mistake for not checking but it would be great for them to clearly state their policies in their overview so it's not a surprise.
