As an avid traveler my expectations can be somewhat skewed. My expectations can be high. Without hesitation this stay was the best of my year. The room and total establishment was spotless. Gentleman that helped with our bags to the room was awesome. Gave us helpful hints for the area and was generally pleasant. The front desk personnel were professional and sincerely seemed to care about our comfort and satisfaction. I wish had captured the womens name that was the host for our breakfast each day. She made us feel so welcome we almost extended our stay. She was pleasant, welcoming and remembered us each day. Just a great place to stay in Rome and I highly recommend. One additional point, add breakfast to your booking, it is by far the finest breakfast you will ever get at any hotel, ever. Trust this.

Location is excellent. Walkable from Roma Termini and the “ big bus “ tour is just outside the hotel. A lot of restaurants nearby. Had a great dinner at the Chinese restaurant “ old Chengdu Restaurante Cinese Sichuan” about 500 meter from the hotel. The room is spacious and newly renovated. The staff are very friendly. Excellent customer service! Will definitely go back to this hotel when visiting Rome in the future!👍
