Great Holiday Home

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dem geräumigen, toll ausgestatteten und sehr sauberen Appartment! Die Lage war excellent und sehr zentral! Wir hatten einen überaus netten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Sie war immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit mit allem. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Very beautiful appartment

The appartment is newly renovated and this was done in an unusually tasteful manner. Moreover, the landlord F. is very kind and helpful. As indicated by previous guests, the appartment is in a busy touristy street, but due to the high-quality windows, it was nevertheless quiet in the night.

Loved the location on a narrow, cafe-lined street near the heart of Rome, w quick access to many of the things we wanted to see. Enjoyed the snug security - found peace and quiet close to the hum and thrum of the crowds. Appreciated the two bathrooms. Found the power a little quirky, but we were able to quickly remedy any issues we encountered. Would definitely recommend to friends and loved ones.

The apartment is amazing. Perfect location, beautifully decorated and redone. It has everything you can possibly need, especially convenient having two great bathrooms and a washing machine. What makes it all even better is Francesca as a host. She made our trip. Perfect for families

Location! Space! Communication! And clean! We had ages 8-77 in this apartment. The check-in process was seamless with excellent communication with the host. The apartment was spotless. The air conditioning worked perfectly and cooled the entire unit. The location is right off a main walking street minutes from the Trevi fountain and walkable to many sites in Rome. The stair railings and elevator were appreciated by our older family member. I would stay again without hesitation.

Great location!

My wife and I booked the stay after a wedding in the local area. The communication with the property manager was excellent. The location was a 3 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and within a short radius of numerous dining options. Two bathrooms was a welcome plus for us getting ready on our own schedule. My only couple of critiques: no blackout curtains, you basically get up with the sun which is early in June. Lots of noise, especially the cafe owners below emptying the previous nights bottles at 0700. Only bottled soap and no washcloths; glad we brought our own bar soap! Having said that: location, location, location! Very nice property that is well managed. Would definitely recommend. Could just use a few small improvements.

Perfect

I stayed three days with my wife and two children (ages 9 and 6). It was a beautiful space and just perfect for us. The Wi-Fi worked well for me (as I had some work to do during our trip). The apartment is within 5 minutes of the subway and close to Trevi Fountain. The pantheon was an easy walk as well. Francesca was very responsive and stayed in contact to ensure we had what we needed. We will stay again if ever in Rome!

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Rome

We had an amazing experience at this beautiful apartment. It looked exactly like the photos, if not better in person, and was very spacious for our family of four. Having two bathrooms was a big plus. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions. Communication with Francesca and Cecilia was fantastic. They were both quick to respond and very helpful. Check-in was smooth, Cecilia welcomed us in person and explained everything clearly.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Francesca was excellent! She communicated with us before check in, at check in, and at check out. Cecilia was also fantastic & friendly. This place had everything we needed. The caffe was delicious as well. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and grandpa didn’t complain about the pull out sofa either! My number one priority is cleanliness after safety and this place had both. Very clean and felt very safe. It is steps away from the Trevi fountain so a high tourist area. However it was still quiet inside as the windows are wonderfully noise cancelling. No complaints!

Location could not have been better. Everything was so easy and smooth. Communication was perfect and gave us everything we needed to know. The whole process checking in and out was so quick and seamless. Loved the apartment and would recommend this to anyone. Don’t worry about being in the heart of everything bc when you close those windows the soundproofing is amazing.

Perfect location to walk to everything!

The apartment is located a couple blocks from the Trevi fountain and about a twenty minute walk to the colosseum and most other places we wanted to check out. The street was a little busy and noisy, but with the windows closed it was barely noticeable. Restaurants and markets all very close. Would recommend and would stay there again.

4 Days in Rome!!!

We had an amazing stay in our apartment in Rome! The location is unbeatable—right next to the Trevi Fountain, which made exploring the city so easy and exciting. The host was excellent, super helpful, and made us feel right at home. Rome itself was incredible, and this place was the perfect base to experience it all. Highly recommend!
