Cuando llegue a los Rooms de Candia no me recibieron tuve que hablar por teléfono a un domicilio, cuando mi celular no tiene cuenta en Roma, fue una persona en la calle que me prestó su celular, cuando llegaron 2 horas después aún cuando estaba lloviendo, me dieron un cuarto sin baño con una sola cama sin closet y las contraventanas de persianas, rotas entrando la luz de la calle. Francamente muy deteriorado todo. Lo que hice dirigirme al hotel Grand olímpico y usando su internet buscar un nuevo alojamiento, que lo encontré un alojamiento en Augustana House and Suites, por lo que tuve que pagar doble tanto en Candia como en Augustana, considero una mala nota que pagará doble por haber pagado antes el alojamiento en Candia desde México, obviamente confiando en su institución de Booking, que no me había fallado.

Horrible experiencia no lo recomiendo

La experiencia fue horrible al llegar al hotel primero nos dijeron que no tenían habitación ,la reserva estaba confirmada y pagada desde el 24/02/19 después de discutir bastante con la propietaria me dijo que si quería que me fuera y que no me reconocía nada de lo que yo había abonado ,me pidió que abonará 90€ más solamente por el echo que estábamos en semana santa y el hotel estaba en zona de Vaticano una sinveguenza

Buonasera Inanzitutto al nostro arrivo al B&B non si erano segnati neppure la nostra prenotazione e dopo un po di attesa ci hanno assegnato una camera nella ma improvvisata. Nei giorni seguenti ci siamo resi conto di non essere neppure indipendenti con le chiavi di questa camera, poichè ogni volta dovevamo chiedere che ci venisse aperta dal ragazzo straniero della reception. Quindi noi dipendevamo dalla sua presenza. L'ultima notte ne è risultato che il ragazzo si è addormentato e ha lasciato fuori me e la mia ragazza al freddo e alle intemperie di quella notte. Quindi il servizio di reception h24 la notte tra il 2 e il 3 gennaio 2019 non ha funzionato e siamo rimasti in strada. Alle due di notte abbiamo trovato un altro albergo ancora aperto che ci ha accolti. Quindi ho dovuto pagare altri 78euro per una camera, inutilmente e ad un orario sconveniente. Ora chiedo che mi venga rinborsato _l'ammontare dell'altro albergo (€78) _e che mi venga anche rinborsata la notte che non ho goduto nel B&B perchè sono rimasto fuori (€73,41) Grazie
